Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Device

  Safely place the electronic item in its original box with all included accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure full refund eligibility.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return as it travels back to our inspection facility.
